At Mode & Opal, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with care. Below is an overview of how we process and deliver your purchases.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Delivery Timeframes

  • New Zealand: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Australia: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • Rural or remote areas: Please allow a little extra time for delivery

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier demand or external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Rates (New Zealand)

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $7.99 NZD (nationwide)

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $100 NZD

Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Information

All orders are shipped via tracked courier services.
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, a re-delivery fee may apply.


Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at hello@modeandopal.co.nz with your order number.
We’ll assist with tracking and make sure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
